Rebecca joined Bernal-Mora & Nickolaou, P.A. as the Executive Office Administrator in 2018. She joined our family law team with a background in business and customer service. Rebecca graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management in 2016 and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree at the University of Central Florida. Rebecca has significant background in the hospitality industry and prides herself on customer service. As the Executive Office Administrator, Rebecca manages all aspects of the office including human resources, accounting, and finance. Rebecca maintains all billing and invoicing for our clients and is happy to discuss any questions you may have. In her spare time, she enjoys visiting theme parks and spending time with her family and her dog, Henri.
MONTINE M. LONG, FRP

Montine M. Long is a Family Law Paralegal at Bernal-Mora & Nickolaou, P.A. Montine joined our family law team in 2018. She practices exclusively in family law, including divorce and separation, child support, and child custody/paternity matters. Montine is a Florida Registered Paralegal and has been handling family law cases for over 20+ years after attending Columbia College and receiving her BA in Political Science. She is an Orlando native and is happy to assist any of our wonderful clients with their cases and welcomes you to contact her directly via e-mail as well.
Rory Tufts was born in Havana, Cuba. She has been dedicated to helping people in the legal field since 1982. She started her career in Miami where she worked for a family law attorney. After graduating high school, she moved to Broward County and worked for a medical malpractice defense firm until she relocated to Asheville, North Carolina with her husband. She returned in 1998 with her family to Winter Park where she still resides.
Rory enjoyed working in family law for a few years in central Florida and then transitioned to criminal defense until the managing partner retired. She was a Florida Bar Paralegal for 9 years and was on the board of directors with Salvation Army’s Supervised Visitation Program in Seminole County. She also volunteered within the program supervising non-custodial parents visit with their children and organizing a yearly Christmas party event benefiting the children.
Rory joined Bernal-Mora & Nickolaou, P.A. and our family law team as a Legal Assistant in 2018. Rory’s main focus is to assist our entire family law team in the day to day operations of the firm. Rory also assists in maintaining the office calendar, scheduling, and client files. Rory always has a smile on her face and is a joy to have on the team!
