A Florida native, Patrick Cobb, Esq. graduated with Honors from Florida State University cum laude as an undergraduate for Criminology/Psychology. During law school at Barry University – Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, he participated in the Honor’s Concentration Program which specializes in Family and Children Law.

Patrick Cobb’s client-centered philosophy developed while revolving his studies and various internships in Orange and Osceola County, Florida. He spent three years in law school forming his grad paper around ACE (Adverse Childhood Experiences) and worked for the state with a background in DCF Children’s Legal Services for two years. He is currently involved with the Family Collaborative Clinic in Orange County, taking on clients from low-income families to help with financial, mental health, and legal needs during separation using an interdisciplinary approach for negotiations in a non-litigious manner. Patrick’s six months as an intern in the Ninth Circuit with now-retired Judge Dawson – who paved the way for how proceedings related to children should be handled – provide him with a deeper understanding for children that are always inevitably caught up in this line of work.

Patrick Cobb lives in the Orlando area, and is active in the local legal community. In his spare time, he also runs a custom auto shop called Cobb’s Customs LLC.
