Want a $2 Million Condo? It Could Be Yours

After his actions following the 9/11 terrorist attacks on New York City, Mayor Rudy Giuliani became wildly popular. Following the attacks, he quickly became known as America’s Mayor. However, he is now making headlines for a less commendable reason; he is getting divorced from his third wife.

Giuliani and his third wife are in the process of divorce, and they will soon be dividing or selling their assets. One of those assets is a pair of condos in Palm Beach valued at nearly $4 million. When his wife filed for divorce, Giuliani demanded that their properties be divided. The pair have been married for 15 years.

The first condo the couple purchased in South Florida was bought in 2004. Since purchasing the property, the pair were visible in the social scene of the city. It was easy to spot the couple at various social gatherings or eating at local establishments. In 2010, the couple purchased another condo at Southlake, paying $1.4 million in cash for the property.

It’s not unusual for couples to split properties in a divorce, but this division is making news due to the sheer value of the properties. A judge will determine what will be done with the proceeds.
